时空之情 Chapter 2 - Meeting Everybody Tuesday, November 17, 2009 “We’re here!” Xiu exclaimed as he stopped his car in front of Cao Cao’s mansion. “WOW! This house is so big!” Xin and Wen squealed at the same time as they stared at the huge mansion in front of them. “Yup! Nice isn’t it?” Xiu said proudly as he led them into the mansion. The moment they entered the living room, all the heads in the room swiveled and stared at the trio. Xin and Wen started to look around nervously and shifted their weight from left to right, awkward from all the stares they were getting. An uneasy silence filled the room… “Um… This is my sister Liu Xin and her best friend Li Wen. They will be staying here from now on.” Xiu said as he broke the uneasy silence in the room. “Oh, right! Um, I’m Xiu’s, I mean Liu Bei’s sister Liu Xin, but you all can call me Xin! And this is my best friend Li Wen, pleased to meet all of you!” Xin continued as everyone in the room started to relax. “Liu Xin? As in shooting star?! HAHAHA, what kind of name is that?!” Ma Chao laughed out loud as he pointed at Xin. “What shooting star?! Why would my parents name me that? Its Liu Bei’s Liu and Xin means heart, not star. Go and clean your ears and brain dude…!” Xin snapped back as she narrowed her eyes at Ma Chao. “Chao, don’t be rude to our Da Ge’s little sister! Please don’t mind him, he’s always like this. Hi, I’m Guan Yu, and this is Zhang Fei, Zhao Yun, Huang Zhong, East Han Academy’s Hui Zhang Cao Cao, Ah Xiang and finally Ma Chao, is the one that irritated you…” Guan Yu introduced as he pointed out everybody to Xin. “Hello, I’m still here you know” Wen said as she waved her hands to get everybody’s attention. “Hi! I’m Li Wen, Xin’s best friend, but you all can just call me Wen. And I’m only here because Xin begged me to come here with her as she missed her Ge too much and wanted to find him!” Wen teased as Xin looked down and blushed a little bit. “Aw~~ My Bei Bei’s younger sister and her best friend are so cute! Hi, I’m Sun Shang Xiang, Liu Bei’s girlfriend. But both of you can call me Ah Xiang, or Jie if you want to!” Ah Xiang said as she smiled warmly at Xin and Wen. “Ok, it’s getting late and I think everybody is getting tired. Let’s all go to sleep. Xin, Wen, your rooms are to the left and right of Ah Xiang’s, I had them tidied up when Liu Xiong went to pick you all up. So come on!” Cao Cao said as he herded everybody up to their rooms. “Wait! What do we call Da Ge’s little sister? Do we call her Xin or Da Ge’s Mei or what?” Zhang Fei exclaimed as he looked at Xiu. “Um… Why don’t we just call her… Mei?” Huang Zhong suggested. “Ok!” Everybody agreed in unison, including Xin who was happy that she had a nickname now. Then everybody yawned and stretched as they trouped upstairs to their rooms to sleep. In Xin’s Room Xin’s POV *Ah… Finally finished unpacking! Stupid Ma Chao, what meteor shower?! Can’t believe there’s already someone I dislike so much after coming to the Silver Dimension for less than 24 hours… Whatever, I’m too tired to think about that now, better go to sleep…* I thought as I laid myself on a huge Queen size bed. I kicked off my shoes and curled up on the bed, exhausted from everything that had happened today. End of Xin’s POV In Wen’s Room *Ah… Finished unpacking liao… Wah~~ Xiu is just as handsome as I remembered… But he has a girlfriend now?! And she’s so pretty too… Never mind, then I’ll just have to work harder to make Xiu like me! Wen, Jia you! Better go to sleep now, I’m so tired…* Wen thought as she laid down on her Queen size bed and immediately fell asleep. ------------------------------------- The Next Day (It’s a Saturday so they do not need to go to school) ------------------------------------- Xin’s POV “Ahh… I had such a good night’s sleep!” I exclaimed as I stretched myself. “Wow, this bed is so soft and bouncy!” I said as I bounced up and down the bed. *Well I better get dressed* I thought as I rummaged through my clothes for something suitable to wear. Finally, I decided on a black tee with small white hearts on it and a pair of white shorts. Then I went next door to find Wen. I knocked on Wen’s door before skipping in. “Wen! Where are you? Do you want to go down and have breakfast together?” I yelled as I looked around. There was no answer… *Hmm… I think Wen went down already… Oh well I’d better go too, I’m starving!* I thought as I walked down the steps. When I reached the bottom, I saw everybody already sitted down at the counter in front of the kitchen and was eating and chatting away happily. “Oh Mei, you’re here! Come and sit next to me!” Ge said as he pointed to an empty seat in between him and Wen. So I skipped over there and sat down before grabbing a few soft white rolls and stuffing them into my mouth hungrily. “Wow, I didn’t know Mei had such a huge appetite!” The guy called Ma Chao said as he laughed. “Yes I do, is that a problem of yours?” I snapped back at him after swallowing my last roll, angry that he had ruined a perfectly good morning with his teasing. “Ok you two, can both of you please not fight every time you see each other? It’s getting pretty annoying…” Ge said exasperatedly as he looked from me to Ma Chao. “Ok, fine…” I said as I continued eating and Ma Chao didn’t say anything else. RING RING RING RING Some one’s Siman rang and I checked to see if it was mine. (Ge bought me a white Siman and Wen a transparent one yesterday before we went to Hui Zhang’s mansion) It turned out to be Guan Yu’s Siman. #Start of Call# Guan Yu: Hello Diao Chan! Diao Chan: Hi Guan Yu! Xiao Qiao and I were wondering if you and the others wanted to go to the amusement park with us today! Guan Yu: Hold on, let me ask the rest of my brothers first. *Turns to face us* Do you all want to go to the amusement park today with Diao Chan and Xiao Qiao? Everybody: Sure! Guan Yu: *Turns back to face Diao Chan* Ok, let’s go together! We’ll meet you in front of the amusement park in one hour. We’ll also introduce Mei and Wen to you! Diao Chan: Who’s Mei and Wen? Guan Yu: Oh, Mei is Da Ge’s younger sister, Liu Xin and Wen is her best friend, they’re staying with us now. Diao Chan: Oh, I see… Ok, see you all later! Bye! Guan Yu: Bye! #End of Call# Guan Yu turned back to face us and I asked Ge who Diao Chan and Xiao Qiao were. “Oh, Diao Chan is Guan Yu’s girlfriend and Xiao Qiao is her best friend, kind of like you and Wen.” Ge explained. I nodded and continued eating my breakfast. After all of us finished eating our breakfast, we set off together towards the amusement park. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yay! Finished the second chap! Btw, shooting star in Chinese is “流星”, which sounds similar to Liu Xin, that’s why Ma Chao teased Xin about it. XD I have just revealed that Guan Yu and Diao Chan are together! I love that couple too, almost as much as the XiuXiang couple! :D Oh and I’m going to twist the original story to how I want it to be cos I don’t really like some of the scenes or events in KO 3an Guo… XP Labels: 时空之情 时空之情 Chapter 1 - Arriving in the Silver Dimension Friday, November 6, 2009 “Wow, I didn’t know the Silver Dimension had such beautiful scenery…” Xin said in awe as she looked around her. Xin and Wen had just stepped out of the Door of the Dimensions and they found themselves at the foot of a mountain. “Yeah, it’s just fantastic! Hey, what’s that at the top of the mountain?” Wen asked as she squinted at the top of the mountain. “I think it’s a temple… Let’s go up and see?” Xin asked as she started walking up the mountain with Wen following behind her. “Woah! It’s just like the temple that one I saw on TV where Guan Yu, Zhang Fei and Liu Bei became sworn brothers!” Wen exclaimed as she slowly stared at the temple. “Huh? Who’s Guan Yu, Liu Bei and Zhang Fei? Anyway whatever, I’m going to contact Ge now.” Xin said as she started to 传音入秘 with Xiu. ---------------------------------- Over at Cao Cao’s mansion ---------------------------------- [Ge! Where are you? I’m in the Silver Dimension!] Xiu suddenly heard Xin’s voice in his head. “WHAT?! YOU CAME HERE?!” Xiu exclaimed out loud and in his head. “Bei Bei, who are you talking to?” Ah Xiang asked Xiu curiously. “Ya, Da Ge who came here?” Guan Yu asked as he looked at Xiu confusedly. “Uh, erm, nothing! Hold on, I need to do something in my room.” Xiu said nervously as he hurried into his room and locked the door. Ah Xiang, Wu Hu Jiang and Cao Cao looked at each other, confused at Xiu’s actions. --------------------------------- In Xiu’s room --------------------------------- [Xin! What are you doing in the Silver Dimension?!] Xiu shouted in his head. [Ge, I missed you so much so I came here with Wen to find you…] Xin said in her head. [WHAT?! You mean you dragged your best friend here with you too?! Do you know what will happen if Meng Zhu finds out? Just because you’re his girlfriend, doesn’t mean he won’t punish you. And what if you met your 分身here? What would happen if she is stronger? And why the hell did you drag your friend into this mess with you? Anyway, you better go back to the Iron Dimension right now if not I will go and find you and force you to go back!] Xiu scolded Xin his head. [Haix… Ge, stop being so naggy. My Yi Neng Zhi Shu is 12000 you know, and so is Wen’s. Anyway, she was the one that wanted to come here herself you know, I didn’t force her. Why are you so concerned about her anyway? Do you like her? And I broke up with Jiu Wu long ago…] Xin sighed exasperatedly in her head. [You broke up with Meng Zhu?! WHY?! He’s a very good boyfriend you know… And how can you break up with the Meng Zhu of the Iron Dimension? No wonder he couldn’t meet me and told Deng to tell me he was busy. I bet he just didn’t want to see me after you broke up with him… Haix… And I DO NOT like Wen, I’m concerned about her as she doesn’t have any other kin in this world and she is your best friend. Anyway tell me where you are, I’ll come and pick you up.] Xiu said as he prepared to go back into the living room. [I’m at this temple at the top of the mountain where the foot of this mountain is where the Door of the Dimensions is located at.] Xin replied before explaining whatever had just happened to Wen, who was totally clueless at what was happening. “Hui Zhang, can my sister and her best friend come over here and stay?” Xiu asked Cao Cao as he walked into the living room. “Of course they can Liu Bei. Then now Ah Xiang would have female companions that actually live in this house.” Cao Cao replied warmly as he looked at Xiu. “Thanks! I’ll go pick them up right now!” Xiu said as he rushed out the door. “Wow, another two girls will be living with us now. I wonder what they will be like…” Zhang Fei mused out loud. “Well, Da Ge’s younger sister will be our younger sister too!” Guan Yu said loyally. “True!” The rest of the Wu Hu Jiang echoed. ---------------------------- At the temple ---------------------------- “Ge! You’re here! I was getting seriously cold…” Xin exclaimed with joy upon seeing Xiu. “Ya, Xin, I’m here. Hi Wen.” Xiu greeted Wen as he glanced at her. “Hey Xiu.” Wen said, her cheeks turning a bit pink. “Come on, let’s go, I’ll bring you two to my place to stay. Relax, I will not force you back to the Iron Dimension. I missed you too little baby sister!” Xiu cooed adorably as Xin rolled her eyes. “Ge! How many times do I have to tell you that I’m NOT your baby sister anymore! I’m you LITTLE sister, emphasis on the little. And besides, we are only five years apart.” Xin explained exasperatedly. “Ya sure whatever BABY sister! Anyway, let me explain to you everything you need to know, 如此如此, 这般这般.” Xiu said while all three of them walked to his car. “Oh… I see, so my name is Liu Xin right? And my courtesy name is Liu Yue Han, and you’re impersonating Liu Bei… Ok, got it, I’ll practice more so that I’ll introduce myself as Liu Xin instead of Hu Yan Jue Luo Xin!” Xin said gleefully as she opened the door of Xiu’s car. “So I’m Li Wen, and my courtesy name is Li Yu Han… Ok, sure, I’ll have to practice too, just to get the hang of it!” Wen said as she slid into the backseat of Xiu’s car. “Alright, we’re going now. And welcome to the Silver Dimension!” Xiu smiled as he drove the car towards the direction of Cao Cao’s mansion. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here’s the first chap! Btw, “如此如此, 这般这般” is how the people in the Silver Dimension explain stuff to a person and that person would also understand what has been said. (Amazing right? So convenient… :D) I'm supposed to have waited for Pandopop to edit this before posting it here... But I couldn't resist so yeah... XP Labels: 时空之情 时空之情 Prologue + New Character Intro Thursday, November 5, 2009 ~*~ Start of Prologue ~*~ Iron Dimension “Argh…! I can’t stand it anymore, I miss Ge so much! I don’t care, I’m going to the Silver Dimension to find him!” A girl exclaimed as she packed all her stuff into a purple and white bag. “Wait! I’m coming with you! Meet me at the door to the Silver Dimension in thirty minutes.” Her friend said as she rushed out of the house to pack her bags. ~~~~~~~~~~~ 30 mins later… ~~~~~~~~~~~ “We’re going in…” Both girls said as they opened the huge, grey metal door. ~*~ End of Prologue ~*~ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The two girls mentioned above are new fictional characters that I added in…! :D Plus, there will be one more fictional girl that will come in a bit later in the story. The first two fictional girls are from the Iron Dimension but the third fictional is from the Silver Dimension. Now here is the introduction for the three new fictionals: ~ 心 (Xin) Full name: Iron Dimension - 呼延觉罗•心 Silver Dimension - 刘心/ 刘乐韩 (Courtesy name) Age: 17 years old Yi Neng Zhi Shu: 12 000 Special Yi Neng: Time Control + She Xin Shu (A power that all members of the Hu Yan Jue Luo family has) Weapon: A microphone that works the same way as Xiu’s guitar when she sings into it. She wears it as a necklace everywhere she goes and the microphone grows longer and bigger when she wants it too. Their parents had died from a car crash when Xiu was 12 and she was 7. Since then, Xiu had to work very hard, while practicing his instruments and Yi Neng, to support the family. Xin is also very attached to her elder brother and love him very much and would do whatever she could to ease his burden. As they grew older, their Yi Neng grew stronger and stronger until they passed the 10000 mark. Both siblings also have a great talent and passion for music. Because she missed her brother so much when he went to the Silver Dimension, she traveled there with her best friend to look for him. Her ex-boyfriend is the Meng Zhu of the Iron Dimension, Jiu Wu. She calls Xiu "Ge" (which is Chinese for older brother). ~ 雯 (Wen) Full Name: Iron Dimension - 李飞燕希•雯 Silver Dimension - 李雯/ 李雨涵 (Courtesy name) Age: 17 years old Yi Neng Zhi Shu: 12 000 Special Yi Neng: Controling people’s emotions Weapon: A flute that works the same way as Xiu and Xin’s weapons. It disappears when she doesn’t need it and reappears again when she calls for it. It is called “银介 (Yin Jie)” (http://www.clarinetsflutesviolins.com/files/2725852/uploaded/Silver%20Gold%20Flute%205a.jpg) Siman Colour: Transparent Biography: She is Xin’s best friend in the Iron Dimension. Her biological parents abandoned her when she was young and she was sent to an adoption center for children with Yi Neng. She was adopted by a couple, who both had high Yi Neng Zhi Shu-s, and trained her hard until her Yi Neng passed the 10 000 mark. She was in the same class as Xin during primary school so they became close friends as they were the only ones in their class that had Yi Neng. Wen’s adopted parents died when she was 16 and she has lived alone since then but has remained as Xin's best friend over the years. ~ 静仪 (Jing Yi) Full Name: 许静仪/ 许泰研 (Courtesy name) Age: 17 years old Wu Li Zhi Shu: 12 000 Weapon: A boomerang that she can “download” from her Siman whenever she needs it. Her boomerang has very sharp spikes poking out that will stab/scratch/hurt her enemy. The boomerang can also shoot out small arrow for long distance targets. Her aim is perfect and, like Huang Zhong, she never misses a single target. Her boomerang will always come back to her after she has thrown it. (It is basically a round disc with very sharp spikes poking out) Siman Colour: Light Blue Biography: She is the first friend, from the Silver Dimension, that Xin and Wen makes when they go to school. She has a rare talent in practicing martial arts thus, resulting in her very high Wu Li Zhi Shu. She is also one of the best girl fighters in the country but she doesn’t look like it as she only fights when provoked and doesn’t like to show off. She is in the same class as Xin and Wen in the Silver Dimension and she transferred there, from Jiang Dong High School, on the same day as Xin and Wen’s first day of school. Notes: - Xin, Wen and Jing Yi are in the same class as Wu Hu Jiang, Xiu, Diao Chan, Xiao Qiao and Ah Xiang - This story starts when Xiu and Ah Xiang, Guan Yu and Diao Chan are already couples. - I will not introduce the rest of the characters as you all should already know who they are…! ^^ ---------------------------------------------------------- Ok, I’m starting another fanfic! :D This time, I’m writing it by myself. I'm Rinnie btw :D The fic will mostly be in English but there will be some phrases/sentences in Chinese as some phrases are more easily expressed in Chinese :D Btw, the two girls mentioned in the prologue are Xin and Wen. Friday, October 30, 2009 This story is about how popular korean boy group, SS501, is changed to SS{8}. Love develops between them and the new girl members in the group. What will happen? - Rinnie Here is the foreword for the story ! -- SS{8} As people sat in front of televisions, some eating potato chips, some chattering, the six o'clock entertainment news began. A tall news anchor cleared his throat noisily. 'Good evening, you are watching the 6 o'clock entertainment news on MBS. Firstly there will be a newsflash.' ~*~ NEWSFLASH~*~ DSP Entertainment has just changed its president! The new president, Mr Lee, has made a never seen before decision. As you should know, there is a GirlBand wave that is now going on in Korea. Well, Mr Lee has also noticed this trend and has decided to do something similar but totally unique at the same time. He has decided to create a BoyGirlBand, and the most shocking part is that the boys will be SS501! However the girls will consist of three girls that are DSP Entertainment trainees. Yes its true, this decision had also sparked off many discussions and speculations by the female TripleS fans. Many of them had strongly objected against this at first but after the pictures of the girls were released, they grudgingly agreed that the girls were pretty enough for their boys. The names of the girls have not been released yet but DSP Entertainment has stated that these three girls are all fluent in Korean, Chinese and English and they are to target the Chinese market. These girls have also been publicized in Taiwan and China as the Korean S.H.E. Their debut song (which would be in Chinese) would be released soon and so will their names. SS501 has also expressed their happiness in the change and anticipates what working with the girls will be like. They have not expressed any signs of dissatisfaction or unhappiness with this decision. The name of the group would be changed to SS{8}. It would be pronounced as Double-S-Eight and the Double S still stands for Superstar and Singer but the {8} would be like a maths equation where the Superstar and Singer is multiplied by 8. DSP Entertainment chose the number “8” as it means prosper and good luck in Chinese. And this is what DSP Entertainment hopes for SS{8} to be like. This “new” band is now the center of the media’s attention and time will tell if they deserve it. ~*~ END OF NEWSFLASH ~*~ Somewhere in two different parts of Korea, two girls rolled their eyes and switched off their television. -- End of foreword. Thursday, October 29, 2009 hello! :D so here's my prologue for the first fanfiction i will be publishing on this blog. it's called chrysalis, based on boys over flowers/hana yori dango. pandopop. -- Chrysalis Prologue - Rejection He could only cry and cry as he collapsed on his grandfather. She had rejected him. He wanted her so badly. He didn’t take the chance when he should have; he didn’t have the bravery to admit his love for her. Her rejection was suffocating him. ‘I still love him,’ she had said, struggling to keep the tears back. ‘I’ve tried to forget him, but I can’t.’ She looked so frail then, so in need of someone to tell her it was alright. He couldn’t bear to cry then. He held the sorrow back. For her. In the confines of the clinic, there was no need to hold back the tears. There was no need to act strong in front of Grandpa. Immediately after the first droplets fell from his lashes, Grandpa understood. Grandpa understood the tears, the sharp pain that seared through his heart. The warmth emitted by Grandpa’s body pressed against his comforted him in some way and he hugged Grandpa tighter. His shoulders shook uncontrollably as all emotion escaped him, his breath coming in short sharp gasps. Reaching for his pocket, he drew out the burden that was on his heart – the ring. He gripped it in his hands, so tightly that his knuckles turned white. More tears came, but he did not care anymore. He drew back from Grandpa gently. Grandpa saw his hands. ‘Child…’ He stroked the troubled youth’s head. ‘Sometimes, it is better to let go.’ Ji Hoo could only look at Grandpa with blank, empty eyes. He had understood what Grandpa had said, but he found it hard accepting the fact that Jan Di would not be his. She would hug, kiss and love another man, his best friend. Thinking about it tore his heart up. But for her happiness, he had to accept it, the tormenting reality. It was cruel of heaven, he felt. Cruel that he fell in love with Jan Di only after she had fallen for Jun Pyo, after she had given up on him ever loving her. He sighed, his face still wet with tears. ‘I…I’d better go.’ He stood up, still slightly disconcerted. He stumbled out the door. ‘This child…’ Grandpa shook his head. -- End of Prologue. Preview: Chapter One – 4 Years Later Afterward, Jun Pyo lost his memory in an accident and fell in love with another girl in his amnesia. Jan Di was getting hurt. ‘The Jun Pyo who loved me…no longer exists.’ The frail, weak Jan Di was back, and she was crying. It hurt him to watch her lose hope.
